On the morning of April 1st, Wang Xiaohua, General Manager of Guoxing Company, presided over a pre shift safety mobilization meeting for all on duty employees (including outsourced). The meeting will be held in two batches, at 7:50 and 8:50 respectively, to ensure full coverage of personnel. According to the meeting requirements, all personnel must arrive on time, and those who have not participated are not allowed to enter the site for work. The safety access of the "second gate" must be strictly controlled from the source, and the safety control requirements for on-site work must be strictly implemented.

 At the meeting, Wang Xiaohua deeply elaborated on the importance of safe operation. He emphasized that safety production is the lifeline of enterprise development and cannot tolerate any relaxation or luck. Regarding on-site management, he explicitly requires all personnel to strictly follow the regulations when entering the second gate. Relevant departments will increase their inspection efforts. Once those who fail to comply are found, they will be dealt with seriously and punished severely, and violations will be resolutely eliminated. 

Wang Xiaohua also pointed out that the ten red lines of safety production are unbreakable bottom lines, and every employee should be thoughtful and follow orders. He demanded that all departments strengthen their responsibilities layer by layer, communicate safety requirements to every employee and implement them in every aspect, and effectively build a solid defense line for safety production. This mobilization meeting further enhanced the safety awareness of all staff and laid a solid foundation for the safe and orderly progress of on-site operations.
