The registered capital of the company is 8.38 million US dollars, jointly invested and established by Anhui Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd., Samsung Materials Co., Ltd. of South Korea, and Samsung Materials Hong Kong Co., Ltd. It is one of the key investment projects in the city.

The company currently has a 200000 ton/year compound fertilizer production plant, which adopts a single tube reactor ammonification granulation process, with low energy consumption, high phosphorus and ammonia yields, no wastewater generation, flexible production control, and the ability to adjust product structure according to market changes and raw material sources. More than 30 varieties of compound fertilizers can be produced throughout the year, meeting the market's demand for personalized fertilizers. The sulfur based fertilizer series and special fertilizer series products are renowned nationwide for their excellent quality. The company's products have been successfully sold to more than 20 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across the country, and have also been exported to Southeast Asian countries such as the Philippines and Thailand, opening up international markets.
